Beginning:  Begin with Joon Beh (ready) stance.  (Notice the "I" or "H" shaped tape on the floor... this is the general shape of the form)
Step 1:  Low block to your left.  Front stance.
Step 2:  High punch.  Front stance.
Step 3:  Drop the RIGHT foot back, turn 180 degrees and low block.  Front stance.
