Step 17:  Left foot slides well behind right (front) foot to student's right side.  Turn 270 degrees COUNTER CLOCKWISE and low block with left hand/foot forward.  Front Stance
Step 16:  High Block Front Stance
Step 18:  Forward High Punch Front Stance
Step 19:  RIGHT foot slides back and over.  Rotate 180 degrees and low block left hand/foot forward.  Front Stance
